Our Adventures will take place in historic Hot Springs, Arkansas, located on the western slopes of Hot Springs Mountain. The city of Hot Springs is a national park rich in history, mystery, and intrigue.
It has more than 50 hot springs sprinkled around and under the city!

Our days organically flow and will include many wonderful experiences. Through various forms of meditation, we will harmonize to a different frequency to elevate ourselves on the path to opening our intuition.

Saturday April 1
6:30am - Japji- “Song of the Soul Meditation”-Optional
7am - Yoga: Kundalini or Energy Field Yoga
8:15am - Breakfast
9am - Leave promptly for a therapeutic morning soak in the
“Thermal Pools” on Historic “Bathhouse Row”.
9:30am - Restore and rejuvenate in the healing waters of the Quapaw Thermal Pools
12pm - Lunch
2pm - Visit to the Annual “Tulip Extravaganza” at Garvan Woodland Gardens, a 210 acre botanical garden: Highlights, the peacock, the waterfalls, the famous “Anthony Glass Chapel”, and a work of art, a unique architectural structure “The Treehouse”.
3pm - Light Code Activation for Healing Mother Earth, in the gardens.
5:30pm - Dinner
7pm - Intuitive Art/Movement/Meditation (IMM) with Lisa Nomikos and Lisa Gniady
8pm - Closing Ceremony
8:30pm - Fire Ceremony (weather permitting)
9:30pm - Close with Powerful Group Light Code Reiki Healing Session

4pm - Visit to a CBD Oil small privately owned factory and learn all about the benefits of this amazing oil.

8pm - Yoga: Gentle Kundalini or Energy Field Yoga
9pm - Intuitive Channeling Circle
10pm -Closing Meditation

Installment payment options are available in any increment until the final payment is paid due one month before.
There will be a late payment fee of $100, if the full amount is not paid by February 15, 2023
All participants will have their own bed unless otherwise requested.

The closest airport is Hot Springs Memorial Field (HOT) airport. This is a smaller airport about 10 mins from the retreat house. But flights might cost more and not be direct So please do your research before booking your air ticket. There is another one at Little Rock, Arkansas (LIT). It is about a 1 hour drive to Hot Springs.
I suggest arranging for a rental car and carpooling with other retreat participants.
As we get closer to the retreat I will be making a Facebook group to help you coordinate with other participants
