TRAVELING
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please wait to book your airline ticket or ground transportation until confirmation that the minimum number of participants has been met.
Mount Shasta is on PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Mt. Shasta is located 60 miles north of Redding, and 60 miles south of the Oregon border, along Interstate 5.
Closest Airport is (RDD) in Redding, California-1 hour from Mount Shasta. Please check flight times with car rentals as this location has shorter hours. The next closest is (MFR) in Medford Oregon and is 1:45 minutes from Mount Shasta. This is my choice of airport to fly into. (Another option is (SMF) in Sacramento California which is 3:15 from Mount Shasta)
I suggest arranging for a rental car. You can arrange carpooling with other retreat participants.
