Our retreat will take place in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, an idyllic setting situated on 63 acres near Asheville, sometimes referred to as the “Sedona of the East”.
Each of the The “Retreats Across America” Series offers the perfect opportunity to reset, renew and grow. The intention is for peace, healing and positive change for the earth, the location and ourselves. This series of retreats around the United States weaves a web of energetic light, love and healing.

Community Meals Sharing and Love
Community meals are an anchor for connection. In the creation process we bond and share as we prepare the food to nourish our hearts, bodies and souls, together creating beauty in our food. Our meals will take place in the Celestial Hall and will be community sharing potluck, for love and unity. I ask everyone to bring food to share for lunches and dinners.

Spend 4 nights / 5 days in the mountains of North Carolina at a beautiful Bliss House. This is a perfect setting to open to your intuition as we use the elements as a pathway to clarity and inspiration. We are blessed to be able to practice yoga, meditation, sound healing and gatherings inside the Celestial Center – a beautiful Mongolian-style yurt.

Sound healing will be weaved rhythmically throughout our Cosmic Meditation Retreat. Imagine wind chimes, singing bowls, drums and the added bonus of both of my Paiste Gongs to enhance your experience. .
Chanting with Kirtan Artist, Lady Anne (aka Kellyann Binkowski), who will lead us each day in Bhakti Yoga (live chanting to open your heart…).

Our days will organically flow. The small, intimate retreat size is the perfect setting for connection and transformation. Be open and see what unfolds as we create an energetic bond to the elements, the mountains and the rivers. Through various forms of meditation we will harmonize to a different frequency to elevate ourselves on the path to opening our intuition.

TRAVELING
Our retreat will take place outside of Asheville, which is on EST (Eastern Standard Time).
The closest airport is the Regional Airport in Asheville (AVL), which is about an hour and ten minute drive to the retreat house. I suggest arranging for a rental car and/or arrange carpooling with other retreat participants.
Retreat begins at 7pm on 6/8/22 and ends on 6/12/22 at Noon.
Want to come in the night before the retreat to settle in, unwind and have quiet time? Come at 7pm on 6/7/22. Add $199 for accommodations, food not included, so please bring your own.
