This program is created specifically to address your individualized needs. These one-on-one sessions create a safe container on your path to growth and understanding. Lisa supports you as you begin to explore your history to uncover that which is holding you back in life. This new awareness will move you out of stagnation and motivate you to embrace positive change.
Sessions may also include discussions, guided visualizations, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, meditations and other self-empowerment tools.
