While meditating under an awe-inspiring arch in Arches National Park, Utah, I received that powerful message. As I traveled on my journey across America, I kept hearing, “you must take others. You must bring them to see the magic this country has to offer.” Each state I visited, I set an intent for healing.
That was the birth of “Retreats Across America!”
The U.S. offers an abundance of sacred spots, energy vortexes, and immense natural beauty. There are inspirational places in every corner of this nation. The “Retreats Across America” Series are uplifting, spiritual journeys shared with those who have also heard the call.

I firmly believe life is an adventure and possibilities can be found in every moment. I have been an avid student, traveler, yogi and meditator...the list can go on.
